Our Fee's

Fully Managed Service – 0% Management Fee

We operate a transparent fee structure with no management charges, while delivering a comprehensive, fully managed service that includes:

Conducting accompanied viewings.
Secure key holding for the duration of the tenancy.
Obtaining competitive quotations for repairs and maintenance.
Drafting and finalising tenancy agreements.
Arranging and overseeing all remedial and maintenance works.
Carrying out routine property inspections (annually) with detailed landlord reporting.
Notifying relevant utility providers of tenancy changes.

Rent Collection Service

Our structured monthly rent collection service ensures timely processing of rental payments, proactive management of any late payments, and professional guidance in the event of rent arrears.

Deposit Protection
